The ASM Material Setup Assistant is a module of the SIPLACE software suite that supports your line operators by controlling the feeders’ LEDs to let them know which feeders are still needed and which can be removed.
Your operators will recognize instantly whether a reel should be taken down and returned to the main component warehouse or whether it will still be needed in one of the upcoming production jobs and should therefore remain in the setup preparation area.
